Essential Responsibilities
- Drive core services strategy and growth initiatives within Europe
- Drive growth targets in all markets: metric targets will address volume, and timing
- Meet operational requirements: analytical reporting
- Lead, and direct the services sales team to identify and develop opportunities
- Lead and develop capabilities of assigned Sales Managers
- Build customer relationships for the purpose of Business development and Sales
- Develop customer strategies, campaign plans, and leadership in their execution
- Integrate information, resources, and activities within Germany
- Demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in specific market
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience power generation services industry in Germany / Europe
- Commercial sales experience
- Proven project management skills
- interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused, proven ability to respond to customer needs quickly
- Proven coordination and influencing skills
- Knowledge of customer financial drivers/needs
- Lead and energize a multi-functional team to meet sales plan
- Proficiency in utilizing analytical software and sales tools
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Fluent in German and English language
- Master's in Business Administration
- Experience leading a sales or commercial team
